Former Raiders CEO Amy Trask Talks Latest ESPN Report on Rams Relocation

Former Raiders CEO Amy Trask, NFL analyst for CBS Sports Network’s THAT OTHER PREGAME SHOW, has been on CBS Sports 920 several times throughout the past year to discuss the NFL-Los Angeles situation.

Trask joined The Ryan Kelley Morning After on Friday to give her thoughts on new ESPN report bringing new revelations behind the process of the Rams relocating to Los Angeles.

We typed up a couple excerpts from the segment, which you can listen to below:

On NFL VP Eric Grubman’s role in the process:

“There had been rumors for a long time…that Eric favored the Inglewood project in Los Angeles. Do I know whether he was of that mind because of his relationship with Stan, or because he thought fundamentally it was a better project? I don’t know.”

More on Grubman:

“It’s not a question of him being appointed. He’s one of the two most senior officials in the league office. He’s No. 2 in the league (along with one other guy). Eric is the point person at the league office who works on all stadium projects, not just Los Angeles. What was his motivation? Did he go in an open mind…and make a conclusion? If that’s the case, that’s how it’s supposed to work. Or did he have other motivations or other interests? If it was…that would be troubling. But I don’t know (how he reached his conclusion).”
